So this is basically just an introductory post about myself, and making myself familiar with a new community.
I
live in Hobbs, New Mexico. I am am dating a boy that lives in
Littleton, Colorado. So chances are I'll be talking about him a lot,
since he basically consumes the better part of my mind. Don't worry,
it's not one of those 'online relationships' where we'll never meet. We
certainly will meet, he's 9 hours away; it's just a matter of finances
and taking time off of work.
I
plan on going to College next year, depending on how everything is
going I plan to go to Colorado and take classes for Cosmetology in
Denver. I have always had a passion for Cosmetology but it most
recently came about in 2007. I started dying/cutting my friends hair
and my own. Which has gave me a lot of pre-experience. I worked at
Sally Beauty Supply and learned the basic ins-and-outs of the job
itself. I have been told by people, either you love it or hate it --
but if your heart isn't it, you won't go anyway. My heart is in this,
it's one of the few things I care about doing.
I
have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder and am
currently unmedicated. I took the pills like a good girl, and all I did
was get apathetic. I rather be sad than numb, I have the people I need
to make me feel good about myself. In short this means, I have trouble
socializing, relating to people, liking people in general, self esteem
isssues, and a long list of insecurities. I don't make friends very
easily, and I don't like to open to people verbally/physically. It's
tragic, but for now I'm happy with the sheer fact I have a boyfriend
that I can tell just about anything to.
I
have always loved astrology, especially when dealing with my own sign.
I learned a lot from two people I lived with in Washington (though I'm
sure they would claim they're the reason I got into it in the first
place.) I did learn a lot more from them, but they certainly did not
fuel my passion. I am an Aquarius/Pisces; I am two signs because my
birthday falls on something called a cusp -- so I share traits of both
signs but I usually am more of a Pisces than anything at all. Hence my
quiet disposition. You have rising signs (such as mine is Taurus), and
those change what makes you your Sun Sign -- you also have a Moon sign
which effects how your emotions play. So; Aquarius/Pisces with a Rising
Taurus and a Pisces Moon. Does that make sense to anyone? :)
My
last passion is Video Games! I love to play them even if I am not the
best gamer in the world, though I believe with practice you can learn
anything you want to set your mind to. I usually play the Xbox 360 (my
gamertag is Klepto Kitters on there as well.)
Anyway, this little post became quite a big post; so I suppose I am done for now.
